George Pistachio is a freelance journalist and styling assistant based in London. He recently graduated from the BA Fashion Journalism course at Central Saint Martins with First Class Honours under the leadership of Judith Watt. Through his journalism he focuses on fashion, style, LGBTQ+ issues, art and music, with credits in C☆NDY, Fester, Stitch, Bitch!, and recently his own magazine for which he is the editor-in-chief, Schmagazine. 

    Assisting stylist Ib Kamara, he has worked on music videos, catwalk, editorials, campaigns and events with the likes of Madonna, Pandora, The Pirelli Calendar 2020, Kelsey Lu, Vogue Italia, i-D, LOVE, Luncheon, AnOther, Gareth Wrighton, Mowalola and Lafawndah . He has also initiated his own catwalk and editorial styling projects with Angeline Strong, Matthew Needham and more.

    Having worked with John Alexander Skelton during his 2019 collection ‘VI’, he street casted, produced press releases, aided in production and worked closely with Huang Huang PR, Skelton’s agency. With Huang Huang, George also interviewed and wrote promotional copy for ROBERTS | WOOD, Joanne Burke, Alice Waese, GENTLEWENCH and the PR’s website.
